sneak preview

I spent printing tuesday experimenting with bits of card and flouro ink. And here we have my prototype Logbook! well it was only a matter of time! I am hoping to have a stock of these and other paper products in time for a bit of Christmas shopping.

Thursday this week was a day for new designs, I am working on a couple of new textiles to be ready for Mid-Century Modern, November is going to be busy.

a good nights sleep

My cure for insomnia, sleep like a log with these log pile pillow cases (I couldn't resist!) They are hand printed in a smokey grey onto lovely 300 thread count pure cotton percale and are for sale now in my etsy and online shops.

Who can't resist a good log pile! This beauty belongs to our neighbour in Spain, carefully stacked in the summer ready for the cold winter winds that sweep down off the mountains. It was the inspiration for a new design that I have just got around to printing. If I can only decide on colours I should have some loggy cushions ready for Christmas shopping. It makes its first appearance on the reverse of a super sized roddy stocking (small people told me that my bird stockings were just not big enough!)
