inky blue

It's been a while but I am still here! For various reasons this Summer has been a busy one so my poor blog has been somewhat neglected. I will try harder!

I needed some cushions for my newly re-upholstered sofa, so made this experimental print using an old screen. Inky blue looks just right for winter so I am going to print some more and get them into my shop as soon as I can.

new sketchbooks

New in the shop! A4 sketchbooks with hardback greyboard covers and bright coloured cloth bindings. Screen printed with our windmill or city windows designs. The pages inside are 140gsm cartridge, thick enough for sketches, water colour, notes and cuttings. An ideal stocking filler if ever I saw one!

Available here, and in my Etsy shop now.

lovin' spoonful

Just got round to photographing my new Love Spoons print. The design is based on a small collection of Welsh love spoons that belonged to my late mother-in-law and this is my little tribute to her. These wooden spoons were hand carved in Wales with traditional motifs and given to loved ones as tokens of affection. The print is poster sized 50x70cm printed in black, and the cushions hand printed in black or orange on white linen. Available in my online shop now.
